this is Joe.

we draft Joe when everyone else is on break
and we need someone to answer a phone.
he is also learning to take orders,
but he is new at it, so if you get him on
the phone, be gentle....he's learning.
he knows the product well and has been with
us for quite a while, he just has been busy
doing other things.
